A subscription to the Real Estate Report will become a valuable addition to your marketing efforts. The Report is updated monthly, usually around the middle of the month. An e-mail notification will be sent to you at that time.
The subscription process is in two parts:
♦ First, decide on a monthly or annual subscription,
♦ Second, provide the information necessary to generate your new site.
Payment can be made through PayPal. By clicking the Monthly or Annual buttons below, you will be sent to PayPal. You will need to set up an account with PayPal. DO NOT set up a business account. Set-up an individual account. REMEMBER YOUR PASSWORD! This is how you log back on to your PayPal account.
After you have finished paying for the subscription, PayPal will automatically send you back here to fill out the information we need to brand your new web-based local market trends report.
If you do not want to use PayPal, we will accept credit cards by phone or a check.
Checks will only be accepted for Annual Subscriptions.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically.
Update: If you are on the border of two areas and would like to combine them
without buying both areas, we have a 20 cities option for the price of one report.

Refund Policy: If your subscription is cancelled within the first thirty days,
the first month's payment will be considered a set-up fee, and is not refundable.
Monthly subscribers can cancel at any time after that. Annual subscribers who cancel
will have their refund pro-rated.
